Ripp off

I am extremely dissatisfied with Telkom I made a manual payment of R241.23 in the 280219 they debit the same amount on the same day.So now I ask them to refund me the money I paid manually they are refusing and giving me a run around I refuse to pay twice for the same month and they have not confirmed my cancellation request as the contract ends on the 14.03.19 they want to renew it without my consent I don't want a renewal I want my money back in the next 24 hours.
