Ripoff teloom data lte deals

I took out 30+30g lte sim data deal. I had a 20+20g data telkom data deal in 2019 for 2 years and it never ran out. Now I took a 30 + 30g data lte ( whatever that means) on the 3 Dec, and this morning of the 7 Dec, no data left?? On Fri, I got sms telling me I used 14.8g of my anytime data. I called axxess to report this, was told by agent to download app to monitor data. On app it reads I used 4g and today although I received sms to say data is finished, the app still reads I used 8g??? The previous contract of 40g never ran out and I'm doing the same you tube and work online?? The agent I contacted told me an email would be sent with breakdown buy still nothing. These data deals are misleading and I feel we are not being told everything. What a *******. People be careful for these deals. I'm disgusted and very disappointed
