So I got my wife the pocket rooter by telkom used it for a month or so charging good ext then the one night I placed it on charge same place I always do and it started charging but then just didnt go on again so I took it into telkom n1 city cape town and they said it got water damage but they will send it away so they phoned me to come and collect and all they said its water damage and I they cant fix it I have to buy a new one is this normal for the rooter is brand spanking new very upset about this what can I do for I am not paying for something that is not my fault

02 Oct 2018, 11:23Hey I received a response from telkom about my device and kept on paying but ever since I heard from them there was no communication further they are so bad with service I need to know whats going on with my device its new and not working still at n1 city telkom branch they are pathetic with clientele service and dont care they are ***** and just taking advantage of clients and *****ing our hard work money I am on the point off going to my laywer because of there way of taking clients money and not sorting the problem out. Like I said the device is brand new and out of the blue they say its water damage and there was no water close to it. Otherwise I would have said this is what happend and how can I fix it what can I do.
