Rip-off from Telkom
Good day.
Iv been a Telkom user for 11months now, always bought 1gig to last me for a week/2... yesterday 19/07/18 I bought a gig and it was depleted just from checking my WhatsApp messages. Today(20/07/18) I bought a gig, after switching on my data 501mb disappeared. My background apps are off. So I don’t know what’s the problem because your consultants at the call Centre are not giving me a solution. This is a rip-off. I only moved to this network because I found it reasonable. Now you are making my life hell!!!
