*******- Different quotes for the same technical issue

<p>My contract phone fell and the screen stopped working. I took it to Telkom Hatfield shop and they booked it in for repairs. Quote TRL045653 was R3670. I did not have money at the time so I had to pay R189 for the phone to be returned.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now that I had the cash, I took the phone to Telkom Secunda. Quote TRL048976 is R5099. Can someone please explain why the quotes differ? What kind of a ******* is this? I want my phone fixed with the same quote of R3670 </p>
