Rip-off Data

Dear Telkom

I was once raving about your product and even ported to your network. I am quite disappointed when it comes to your data. 3G data is depleted within 2 weeks. Mon- Sat, I'm on Wi-Fi but still the data gets depleted. Final nail on Saturday i was at church most of the day - at 17:56 I had 874 MB, at 19:45 it was depleted? How does that make sense to you?

Mo'Nice, I've only received once an offer since last year when I can buy a Data Package for a full month( i only have options for 7 - 14 days?) unless I have night surfer. Night surfer well also is another rip-off, if i go to You Tube, it goes off my LIT bundle? If I go to Whatsapp, it goes off my Whatsapp data? Really?

For me the only thing good is Telkom to Telkom calls but data wise, you are now playing on the same field with the other Networks that we left.
