Rip-off buying Samsung S7/highly disgusted

We took a Samsung Galaxy S7 on contract at 8th of July 2016, Since the day we ordered to phone we had numerouse issues, first with the overall service at the branch, then when my son got his phone, the phone got very very hot when ever he used maps. In December 2016, (5 months later) his screen went all black, we sent the phone in for repair as it is still under warranty. We got the phone back then my son had trouble charging the phone. So we sent the phone back for repairs. Now they want to tell me, the warranty ceased because of liquid damage. What liquid damage if its is the charging block ? how dishonest, This phone is suppose to be a water/liquid resistant. Secondly they want to charge me R6402.28 to repair the phone plus we must still pay the monthly contract fee as well. There is no way. They must fix the phone as it still under warranty.

20 days has past, as per the attached mail. The only quick assistance that we received was for Telkom to decline the repair..Now not only is the phone not fixed but I must also pay a R180.00 fee for you checking the phone....BUT THE PHONE IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY UNTIL JULY 2017. Telkom is a bunch of ******* and I cannot wait for this contract to expire. This will be the last business I have ever done with you.
