I had a sim card was not active for some time, we decided to test it and see ift still working and found it was working. Loaded R100 airtime which was converted to 3G data for the kids. The following day that sim was blocked, we then called telkom centre and they couldnt help us because we didnt rica the sim card therfore we forfeit the money. I cant get an answer as to where does the loaded data go to or how does an inactive number accept airtime?
