Telkom I have been patient for far too long.

I bought a starter pack bundle in February 2018 to the value of R100.00 and I am entitled to get 200mb for 12 months. I have not gotten anything and its now November. Everytime I call your Customer care line I get sent from pillar to post and stupid excuses . I want my money bac****!
