Ridiculously slow LTE

<p>Telkom LTE speeds at 82 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload during the day. Between 6pm and 11pm, it is barely 1 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload. Telkoms response, on numourous occasions, has been that the network is under pressure at these times. However, every day it is exactly at 6 pm and improves at exactly 11pm. It is clear they are shaping me. Its pathetic that I have to pay for a service that is fully functional during the day when I am at work and impossible to use at night when I am at home when I actually want to use it. I have seen complaints of other people in my area concerning the same issue and Telkom is unable to rectify this problem. **** service and worst ISP ever.</p>
