Ridiculously poor service once again

The amount of times that telkom has been unreliable is scary. I am due for an upgrade, went to the istore at The Glen, all smooth sailing until the upgrade couldn’t go through because telkoms systems are ONCE AGAIN OFFLINE. When I went into the telkom store, the man helping me was talking to me while on his phone and was not helpful at all. Only said I should keep trying. What a waste of time. And no agent I can talk to on the phone because they do not provide such service on their website. I am at a loss and I have no clue what to do now.
