Ridiculously poor service from Telkom

I signed up for fiber through Telkom for R615 per month. My debit order is R759 every month and when I call to question it they say the amount has since gone up. How do you sign up for a package and then the amount is wrong on your debit order from the start? Very poor service. They just ***** your money.
