ridiculously overcharged each month

Last yr i took out 2 contracts with telkom mobile of two tab3 devices. It ws r199 ea per month but telk keeps charging me higher n higher fees. This month i paid r600. Wen i calld them the consultnt doesnt even understnd wats happening or hw to resolve n she keeps askin me over. Over again to repeat securityquest cauz her system crashed like 4 times.wen askd with whos permission did thhy add on extra charges she replies \the sales departmnt".
