Ridiculous. Why does telkom even have a call centre?

I made the stupid mistake of requesting a callback from Telkom so I can discuss an upgrade to one of my data contracts and was called back by a rude consultant eating, speaking over me and not listening to me at all. He got even worse after I asked if I could speak to someone else. What a waste of time, not allowing anyone to speak to me like that, nope, not today Telkom. Will rather just cancel when they expire or upgrade in store.
