Ridiculous waiting time for installation

I have logged an online order for a telkom phone line on the 8th of March 2018 still waiting till today for them to come and install the line. I have waited now for over 2 months

Their excuse the whole time is that the lines have been ******.

I am not prepared to wait any longer, could this matter be resolved.
