Ridiculous Turn Around Times!

After a Telkom assistant did not cancel a contract after the term was up and the bill kept running I needed to to pay the balance before I could proceed with financing. I then paid the bill and requested a paid up letter after which I was told it could take 7 to 14 days. It has been more than two weeks already and after numerous follow ups nobody can provide me with any feedback except that is referred to the credit department! This is very frustrating as it is holding up everything else!! Worst customer service ever!
