Ridiculous service-Telkom/Mondo

I accepted a cell phone deal via Telkom/Mondo - I paid the admin Fee of R99 on 11/03 - The courier called to say that my phone would be delivered in approx 6 days - Now on 25/03/22-I call into Mondo and the agent tells me my parcel was returned and deal cancelled ???? What is going on - is this a **** !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ***
