Ridiculous service from Telkom

Totally ridiculous service from Telkom. We have been having endless issues with our landline every month our phone doesn’t work for weeks and I need to call numerous times to report a fault or check on the net to see my progress. From the 04/04/19 until date 08/04/19 my job is in progress. Ref 112CNZ040419 I was told last week cables have been ****** and I need to apply for a wireless phone I was told it takes 4weeks. Called now and Telkom is offline….what kind of service is this???? I am already sitting without a phone for 3 weeks now and will still get billed rental!!! I have my mum who is so old at home and I need a phone to be in contact with her all the time!!! But I guess its nothing to Telkom… no words to describe the service that I have received!!!!!
