Ridiculous service from telkom

Telkom is the worst service provider any customer could go to. I personally would not suggest anyone to purchase anything from Telkom, there services are poor. When i phone the call center and every time I speak to a call center agent they give me a different attitude or a different story. I have waited for 1 and a half months for my Wi-Fi to be installed at my residence, I was told it takes 7 to 14 working days, when it was installed it was not activated,when I called an agent to find out why it is not activated they suggested I activate it myself, it was not told to me in the beginning when I had purchased my product. Now when I have activated my device my Telkom line is engaged. I am disgusted at the service of Telkom, I would not purchase any products from Telkom, the agents are rude, they have no patience, they do not keep up to date with there orders. Totally disgusted and unsatisfied!
