Ridiculous service from Telkom!

<p>We have a Telkom business ADSL package. For the past month we have had an irratic, inconsistent connection. I've phone the call centre repeated to request a technician to come to our premises and investigate. On every occasion, after being promised that a technician will come, I just received an automated SMS that states that the service has been restored and the fault has been closed. Not once has a technician called or visited our premises, and the problem has definitely not been fixed, in fact it is worse!</p> <p>Telkom is not worth the stress, I will be cancelling all services that we have with Telkom.</p>
