Ridiculous service

I contacted sales at telkom to do an upgrade I was assisted by Xolani. Upon completion of the upgrade he had to verify my delivery address. Of which he said its not picking up but on Google it's picking for both streets I've have my deliveries made here multiple times. There after he says he cannot assist me when I request it to be sent to Thavhani mall he still says the address is not picking up I've also received multiple packages from there so I'm not quite sure which system his using. And the very same company their using have delivered to my house multiple times including last month so clearly I'm not sure how that is a possiblity and now he is telling me to go to the store and they will request the device from another store that has it. I am beyond baffled by the service I received. Upon requesting to be connected to his supervisor he says he is unable to do so and I must send an email. A plan must be made I can't run around store to store trying to locate a phone. Upon further investigation I called the courier service they themselves confirmed that they do service my area and they are unaware of what telkom is implying.
