Ridiculous service by Telkom mobile

I am disappointed with how Telkom Mobile treats their customers. I have been with them for years and I specifically set all my accounts at their provided limits. Nothing over the agreement contracts. This month I am told I double my usual monthly premiums. I want to know who gave them the authorization to exceed my monthly spending when they usually discount the service on e I've reached my monthly benefits. This is ***** as I did not instruct anyone to do anything of the sort. I want this mess sorted out.
