Ridiculous Service by Telkom Mobile

Visited Telkom mobile at Eikestad Mall in Stellenbosch on 2nd June 2018 to get a new contract. They did not have stock of the phone and was told they it will day a few days to source the phone from another branch. Today is 13th June 2018 and I am yet to receive an update regarding the phone. This is ridiculous. Customer Service rating is zero. Will not recommend others dealing with Telkom Mobile. These people must catch a wake up!!!
