Ridiculous service and does not fulfill contract agreements

Telkom LTE is useless...the app is useless customer service useless. I have a telkom lte contract which is 40g anytime data and 40g night time data...for the past month the app isnt showing the night time data and when I call the customer service line they say its showing on there side right that's the 1st issue 2nd is that the night time data suppose to kick in from 12pm midnight till 7am but it doesnt for the past few months telkom has been only giving me day time data and even the night time data doesnt kick in at midnight when it suppose to...I have checked this and verified that at 00:45 I downloaded sometime and instead of using night time data it used my anytime data which is not what I signed up for...i use my night time data to update and daytime for daily use and now my daytime data is finished because when doing updates past midnight it hasn't taken the night time data but used my anytime data. This is unacceptable and will not stand for this...telkom needs to fix this issue and reimburse me my data or else I will cancel my contract and not pay them a cent.they are ridiculous
