RIDICULOUS SERVICE

It has been two months since I handed my phone in for repairs with Telkom Insurance, and now they want my phone password to check if it is working. After 3 weeks of back and forth trying to get answers. Every time I call I have to speak to someone new who doesn't know anything about my case. I am so disgusted with their service.
