Ridiculous service!

<p>After numerous complaints to Telkom about my adsl being down for almost half the month on two occassions we still get billed the same amount and they said that there has been no dispute logged! So why wasn't a dispute logged when I had made so many complaints??!! Surely you must know that you cannot charge a customer the full amount when they have been without service for quite a long period! Notes should be made on the system for the accounts department when these type of faults are logged! </p>
