Ridiculous service

On Friday I went to Telkom to take out another contract , the guy that was helping me took 45 minutes to an hour to tell me the ****** thing needs authorization. He told me someone would call me within 72 hours and till today no one did !!! Today I called and Happiness told me that there is no progress on my request there is also no \case logged\" so when I asked who must log the case she told me I must waste my time and money gong back to that useless branch to tell them to log it as she can't !! What kind of a company is it that one department can't communicate with the other this is ridiculous I pay my money every month for this **** service !!!! Hai maan . I am so angry ! "
