Ridiculous service

Really frustrating phoning and speaking to consultants that do not know what they are doing and they put you through to several other consultants who are also of no help! A technician came out yesterday to do my adsl installation but he said that there needs to be a pole so they were suppose to come out this morning but no one showed up. Sick and tired of Telkom's service this is not the first time. I will be going away next week and need this sorted out ASAP! Order number ***A
