Ridiculous Service

I app**** for a landline at the Paarl Mall branch, just to be informed that they can't process my order due to me owing R0.00??? How do you have an arrear account valued at nothing???

No further assistance was given an no further explanation? I went back to the branch on Sunday, only to be arrogantly answered by their staff? A request was logged in the store for Telkom to phone me... no call yet.

Very sad and pathetic service.
