Ridiculous service

Telkom has the worst service literally for a telecommunications company! Been trying 2 months to cancel our wifi and this is just highly impossible because no damn Body knows what the Hell they are talking about! They keep billing us even though We have called numerous times and have gone through the online process to cancel it but they just will not cancel the putrid wifi service! You cant even cancel it in store because then they cannot make money out of you, that option is to easy so they make you do this online just to be told no We are not able do it because our billing department did not lift the suspension and you have to pay. Disgusting service. Anybody have advice on how to get Telkom to cancel the account before I lose my **** in a store?
