Ridiculous service!!!!

I app**** for an ADSL Line for home use. On 15 February 2018 I was called and requested to make a deposit in order to finalize the order within 24 hours. I rushed to the post office in order to make the deposit. 22 March 2018 and I am still waiting for installation. Every single time I call Telkom to find out what is going on I get a story. For more than a MONTH I have waited for installation!!!! It is ridiculous.
