Ridiculous price for a SmartPlan 100 - product sells for R99.00 but I get charged R271.00.

<p>The review relates to the following number ********** and my id number is 840 ********** 080. My October 2016 invoice indicates that for the number in question I was billed R99.00 for the period 01 - 30 November 2016, which sounds about right for a SmartPlan 100. All of a sudden the November invoice indicates for the same SmartPlan 100 with no device I was billed R271.00. How insane is that how can I pay almost tripple the amount for a product worth R99.00. I would like to request that an amount of R172.00 be refunded to me as SmartPlan 100 is R99.00 and the number be converted to a prepaid number and most important of all is that I cannot afford 271.00.
