Ridiculous interest rates

The most ***** company ever.Guys im warning you dont mess with this company.I used to pay R359 for my sim contract now this month to my surprise the bill is R870.27.My acc is up to date its juat interest rates that are being put on.I need someone to help me cancel this **** i signed up for.
