Ridiculous, hopeless Service by telkom

What n ******* service. I requested to move my line and was advised to be call back in 48 hrs. Till now haven’t received any communication. When I called up my self today that also so irritating to hold on 10210 and 10213. Consultant’s keep telling me call this no that number. After one he when I got hold of one consultant then he told me that he is off line and can’t help. I asked him if he can’t help why did he pick up my call. He said he is online and system picked up the call not him. I said why he is online he rep**** he he is not online then he won’t get paid. What a ******* system to fool around and play around someone time. These companies don’t understand how they wasting someone time so easily really rediculous don’t want to be with Telkom any more.
