Ridiculous! Help me now or I go to SCC

This is getting ridiculous, Telkom is the worst ever company to work .

Here is the chain of events: 1. Telkom adds services to my account which i never asked for (10mb uncapped line) 2. I have now paid R2000 for something I never asked for. 3. I request a removal of the service, they give me a form to email. 4. email the cancellation form only to receive a reply stating that their inbox is full (Cant even cancel my service)?? 5. Request help from call center, no help 6Create HlloPeter complaint, get a responce from Noleen with a code AI ********** , NO ONE CONTACTS ME after that. 7.Telkom suspends my account for non-payment on something I didnt even ask for even though I have an ongoing dispute and no one helping me. Now im losing work because of their incompetence.

Next step: Got to the SCC

Either get this sorted now as it should never have happened in the beginning!!! Why should I run around fixing their problems and paying cash for it?
