Ridiculous Data Usage

I am convinced my data is being ******. There is no way I could've used 5.5GB in an evening. I have queried this with Telkom and they sent me a report. Most of the usage is after midnight which is definitely not used by me. There is no willingness to assist or investigate this sudden excessive usage. I'm just expected to accept this nonsense.
