Ridiculous customer service

Such an awful experience.I have a contract with Telkom n my debit date is on d 15 th of each month on d 14th of this month they suspended my line.I went to the Workshop store and was helped by very helpful girl I think her name was Sne by the way the only consultant in that store that knows billing.Eventually she let me know that I owe money from collections which I dont why on the 15 th the huge amount was debited but till to date my line is still suspended.This is so disgusting that money was debited and my line will take 10 days to open and the Lord the customer service from the agents in the call centre I wonder if they have quality team because they are just rude to the core they will cut your call when you ask a difficult question especially billing
