Ridiculous charged R202 of penalty fees for missing a day of payment

So apparently Telkom is charging its customers R202.00 for penalty fees if you miss a payment which you are never told about when you take a contract with them. this is almost double my subscription in my case since i am paying R305 for my contract. this has changed the way i see telkom, i have been a loyal telkom custmer since they opened telkom mobile but now after i finish paying my contract i am moving away and changing my entire family and husband family to another network. i am sure gonna make sure every one i know is aware of this.
