ridiculous attitude called clientservice

In 2013 we have sold our property, been outstanding clients, paying their account every month....no problem for so many years.<br> Now more than 2 years later Telkom send us debt collectors!!! with no previous warning, letter, email or phonecall to resolve this account that is still open, by the way why have they cancelled our account when we requested it back in 2013.....it was cancelled, we received confirmation.<br> WHY have they never said....wait there is still an amount to be paid<br> <br> AND NOW....they just blacklisted us !! <br> <br> what kind of ridiculous client service is this? No wonder they are on the top of the list here on hellopeter....useless!
