Ridiculous and Pathetic Service from Telkom.

If there was a rating below 1 I would definitely give that to Telkom.

The most abusing relationship I've been with a service provider. I have complained so many times but the problem still persists every other month.

Telkom has shared my banking details with a 3rd party of which I did not consent too..... My popi rights where violated , the said 3rd party keep coming to my bank account at anytime of the month to debit me. When I complained with Telkom they telling me sorry we can't help you, please contact that 3rd party yourself. How when I did not even share my details with the 3rd party.

This has been going on for a few months and the matter still not resolved today.

My right to privacy has been violated, Telkom is exposing us and our information to ********. ********* company, what makes it worse you can't even escalate the issue with a senior person. The senior staff will keep telling you that we are sorry and there is nothing we can do to help you. Ridiculous and pathetic service.

I honestly feel I have been ****med, I would like to cancel my contract because I cannot subject myself to this kind of abuse.

This is unacceptable
