Ridiculous

<p>In the course of 1 month we have lost two VDSL routers and needed to replace them at one of the Telkom stores. On both occasions we have NEVER managed to get hold of a store to advise whether they have stock or assistance. For a telecommunications company that's ridiculous and unacceptable!!! STILL this morning we're unable to source a router from your stupid company.</p>
