Ridicules waiting periods

I currently have an account with Telkom and tried applying for a new device, the advisor calls me at 17:00 in the afternoon and cuts the call then calls me 2 days later gets my information and then says her system is down she will call me back, iv been waiting from Monday 12/02/18 for a call and its already Friday 16/02/18. being an existing client id expect to get better service. this is unacceptable !!!
