Rich getting richer off the back of the poor

I already cancelled one contract with this ***** due to bad service and when this other one ends I will Not be renewing it! In 3years I have Never missed a debit order but the one time it happened (because days are never the same and times get hard) this ***** sends me an invoice to say that I will be charged for the failed debit order !Basically I have to pay more money for Not having money in the first place! Really considerate of the customers needs...But what Really ****es me off is that this was NEVER disclosed on sign up of the package! Otherwise I would have just not joined and waited for my first package to expire
