Rica self service is non-existent

They advertise a Rica self-service but then when you use it, its a defective site that doesnt work at all. Upon emailing the Rica team at Telkom they said I must go into store to Rica and activate the sim card. Why advertise a self-service option and then say to go in store, who's ganna pay for transport costs to go find a store where I could do it online?
