Revolting service and call Center agents offering pathetic advise

Revolting service from Telkom. I called this afternoon and spoke to Palesa Twala and asked her to blacklist my daughters ****** Phone, she asked for the IME number, took me through the security questions and confirmed that the number has been blocked and I’ll receive the Ref nr ,several hours later,I had not received my ref number ,I called again and this time spoke to a Zwelibandla/Sizwelebandla who was very reluctant to give me his names, when I called this time around with the same IME number,he now tells me that Palesa didn’t have the correct system to perform the blacklisting and that the IME number now belongs to a Vodacom number ,by now I was at the police station to open a case, he had the audacity to tell me to go investigate the matter with Vodacom, which I have nothing to do with them as he doesn’t know what happened either,I asked for his manager,he asked me to hold, almost 15minutes later he tells me he’ll send a request as she’s working from home,I explained the urgency of this matter and that they are now derailing the legal requirements from my side,he refused to refer me to his boss Pinky Ntombela, and re fused to escalate the mater to his bosses boss Lechelle Aniruch, I have requested a copy of the the recording I had with Palesa and still have me the run around. He was extremely unprofessional and so was Palesa, their poor service has could have a huge impact on my case as well well my insurance. How do you confirm to me that my phone has been blacklisted and later tell me oops it wasn’t? Who will be liable for the loss caused by your *********** staff? I need an official answer on this.
