Revolting service

I ordered a phone online(contract). I did not receive a reference number. The payment has gone off and I have received no communication regarding the delivery of the phone and when this will happen. I phoned the customer care and they gave me a number to phone which only rings and no one ever assists you. I have tried contacting the customer care and no one can ever help me. They also put me through to the wrong department. You say that your customers are valuable yet you cannot even give us good service -that is very contradictory. You seriously need to work on your call centre's and customer service because this is unacceptable.
