Revolting, Pathetic and useless

Revolting, Pathetic and useless. Requested settlement letter October 2018 was told the account needs to be settled, told them the line was close 2 years ago. No it was not closed after I know that it was closed by my late husband. But paid the account and asked them to please send me the letter now. Wel it is January 2019 and after still phoning on daily basis I still not have received it. The account is making my credit score bad and they just simple do not give a dam. Very easy to open an account but believe me you will not be able to close the account as easy. It is then amount on top of amount and this way and that way to get it closed and off your name. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH TELKOM YOU WILL STRUGGLE TO GET IT CLOSED!!!!!!!!!!!
