Revolting Call Agents

Telkom has the worst call agents. They are rude and entitled and I would be a better person if I never had to speak to any of them ever again. One of the sales agents, Zinhle laughed at me and then cut my call. I have made numerous calls between 03 June 2024 and 18 June 2024. From cutting my calls, arguing with me to refusing to ask for an ID number saying please. The service is worse than disgusting, I will definitely be looking for another service provider as much as I preferred the stability of my internet with Telkom, the people there have made me regret upgrading my line speed. WOW!
