Reviewed my Contract without my Consent

Telkom has definitely shown me that it cannot be trusted. I called in to try upgrade my current data package to a higher package only to find out that the consultant who called me prior to my 24 month contract was due to end has exploited me and upgraded my contract without my consent to another 24 months fixed contract when I clearly asked for the month to month data only deal. And now I am told that I am on a 24 month contract. This is absolutely day light disrespect and day light *******. This makes me wonder what else Telkom is capable of if something like this can be done to a customer. I am so dissatisfied with the level of customer service as this issue has not been resolved and now they all of a sudden cannot trace the consultant that renewed this contract
