Review Title: Shockingly Poor ***** Prevention & Customer Service at Telkom

I am absolutely appalled by Telkom’s complete lack of ***** prevention and the negligence in handling my case. A Telkom employee, Pillay Simone, somehow managed to open a *****ulent account using my personal details, leading to ***** order number ***A. I reported this issue well in advance, reference number ***, expecting Telkom to take immediate action to prevent any unauthorized delivery.

Instead, Telkom’s poor prioritization allowed the device to be delivered on 21.10.2024 and signed off by SILULEKO-ZUNGU — a person I do not know and never authorized to sign on my behalf. Despite raising a ***** case and informing Telkom from the start, my complaint was clearly ignored, exposing me to further risk and stress. This is grossly unprofessional and unacceptable, especially from a company responsible for handling sensitive personal information.

I demand that Telkom addresses this immediately, prioritizes the ***** investigation, and takes steps to ensure such incidents never happen to another customer again.
